very useful for a bit more advanced player

A great tool for the player who is already at making good contact and now wants to be able to drive ball to either field or direction. Great great hitting tool. One thing could use is a bit more weight, because when you go back to the normal bat, it makes a players normal size bat seem a bit heavy, but we added a bat weight or use a bit of over sized bat, to the normal bat and used that right after using insider bat, then it again made the regular bat my daughter uses (L Slugger Xeno 32/22 ounce) feel normal again. The insider bat has helped her a lot! Stick to the suggested drills.
