Got a Baofeng radio, you need this, works great.
Received this Driver and cable to hook up to my Baofeng UV5R and program it. I loaded the driver into my Dell Laptop Inspiron. No problems. Waited for my radio to arrive.
I also went to Dan Planet and downloaded CHIRP software to use with this programming cable. Once my radio arrived, I loaded CHIRP, got the program up and running and plugged the cable into my Radio. Downloaded the contents of the radio, deleted all the current contents and loaded the local repeater and other frequencies that i wanted into the radio. Uploaded the contents via CHIRP and I was amazed at how easy it was, for this old 75 year old ham.
Worked so well I bought another Baofeng UV5R and gave it to my neighbor who is also an old ham and cloned it to the same frequencies that had loaded into mine.
Sorry if i am rambling but it is a great product, works great along with the CHIRP program.

Easy to use, works great.
Makes charging your watch easy and as a bonus you can charge your cell phone at the same time. Works great. This is especially useful if you have a band on your watch that does not come apart.
I think it also charges ear pods, i don't have these so can't vouch for that.
Works great, I recommend it.

HWH R3847's sure cure for slow or non-retracting jacks.
I had a HWH Jack on my RV that would not retract without me providing lift with a long pole, unacceptable.
The return springs were original to the unit and it is a 2004. The jack (Leveler) worked perfectly to extend but refused to retract, this was the left rear jack.
I ordered and received these springs and they come in an HWH labeled box so you know you are getting the real thing.
I used my angle grinder and cut the spring hooks off the old springs and removed them, 2 minutes.
Then, you make a wood sandwich and put one of the hooks between the wood (to keep the paint from being scratched), careful now these springs are strong. Bend it over so you can stick washers, pieces of wood, whatever you have between the coils. Some on one side and some on the other to keep it straight. I cut a scrap piece of 1/4 inch ply in little squares and stuffed the spring with them. You are going to have to lengthen it about 2 inches to install them.
Now once you have them lengthened hook them back up on the jack, don't forget the foot, then slowly extend the jack, making sure the foot stays where it belongs. If everything is ok, then go ahead and extend it until you can remove all the things you stuffed in the springs.
Then if you are lucky like me, your jack now retracts just like new WOOHOO
