Highly recommended!

I seems to have improved my mental clarity and cut my depression down. My physical stamina has increased too, but that might be mostly due to the citrulline malate 2:1 which I started soon after this MgCl2.6H2O. It is the very best (most absorbable) form of Mg supplement, and I highly recommend it.
