Small yet powerful
1 of 1 found this helpful I had Canon powershot G10 before i have this D-LUX3 and i feel that this one is much lighter than the brick G10 but it has as many functions as G10. So far so good i love its looks but prefer D-Lux4. Anyway, not bad camera with a great lens and brand. You might need to consider Panasonic LUmix L3 as well.

It's much better than D-Lux3 and Powershot G10
2 of 2 found this helpful Since I ever had both cameras then I know that this one is definitely lighter than G10 and the color of it is much better than both D-Lux3 and G10. This one can be really called the improvement. I love F/2 lens, I have no problems for taking pictures in low light situation. I can use ISO100 to shoot. It is really useful, it is Leica.
