Poor Design- Received Defect Clippers
The top screws that hold the blades together fell out as I was using the clippers for the first time. When I attempted to tighten them, I noticed that the threads on the blades were stripped. I would imagine that these are just a defected pair and I am trying not to assume they are all like this. Oster is a good brand, which is why I chose them. Hopefully the replacement I receive will function as expected.

Missing piece, seller then offered to sell me a second item instead of sending me the missing part.
The cellphone holder and outlet plug are kept in position by a plastic nut. This nut was not in the packaging when I received the item. After contacting the seller, he told me that he didn't have any spare nuts and that I could purchase a whole new cellphone holder at a discounted rate. I do not want 1 2/3 cellphone holders are a higher price than just one. All I wanted was a single, fully functional cellphone holder that plugs into my cars outlet. It makes no sense to make another purchase of the same item, hoping that I get all of the necessary parts the second time around.

Great Product for Price Paid
It looks and functions as it should. However, the movement of the release and the sound it makes is not as smooth and slow as the original factory part.
