Duo Derm is the best.
We have been using this product to treat a ulcer on a patient. It is efficient, holds, well, and definitely helps with healing. Bandages does need to be changed when edges roll up, to clean skin underneath, and as often as necessary. (comes in other sizes)

Your sides WILL hurt!
The product is easy to assemble.
Weighted Hula Hoop does hit the sides hard. My sides are sore, but I got used to it. I can feel the muscles in my tummy as if I am doing sit ups. I truly hope it helps. It was important for me to get the exercise out of it and I enjoy hula hooping.
If you DON'T WANT THE PAIN, I would suggest a regular hula hoop. The point for me is to stay active.

This product was easy to use with a Samsung TV. I put batteries in and it worked right away. The light is also great for dark rooms.
