  Item shown in the picture is not what we received and the seller will not take ownership of the error. We ordered an EP209-100-EN00 and the seller shipped an EP202-100-EN00. A picture was even supplied to them with what was in the box. The seller had the audacity to think a fast one was being pulled on them when they were the one pulling the fast one. I guess this is just the nature of doing business on ebay.

  After further discussions with the seller, it was determined that the incorrect unit was shipped out in error and we did receive the correct unit a few days later. The incorrect item received has been sent back to the seller. I will not say it was a 100% buying experience but bottom line is the seller made it right and got the correct part to us and for that we are appreciative.
