Great quality image and video
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used the Sony a6000, a6500, a7ii and now the a7rii. The image quality is wonderful and because of the 42mp, you're able to crop and still get amazing details. I bought used for less than 1400 dollars. when it was first new, it was close to 3,500 dollars. Plus it takes amazing video as well.

Get the one with the gold lettering
It seems that there are two variations. One has gold lettering over black. The other is more of a gold bar around the lens with black lettering. I find the former the sharpest and better. Both times I've owned the one with a gold bar around it, it hasn't been as good, but when you get a good one it is extremely sharp. I have it adapted to my Sony A7rii.
