I have 2 and they are never reading the same. It is still better than guessing the exterior temp.

not as expected
Being it is made with razor clams, I thought it would have very good clam flavor, but all the herbs in it just dominated the chowder. It was just not as expected

replacement of the same model
we have used the exact model for over ten years and loved it. we moved old one to our camper and have the new pot in our home for everyday use. love this model,always does a good job and very fast. Always loved perked coffee over all other types. Thanks Presto!
