  I bid on, and won a fishing reel the seller listed. After being notified that I was the winning bidder I immediately paid for the item using paypal. Four days go by and today I received an email that the seller cancelled the transaction and a refund would be sent. I received no explanation on why the cancellation. I contacted ebay and they said the seller stated that I had requested the cancellation which is untrue.
