This is great book for cook it fast weight water foods.

Grow your own probiotics
I had never tried water kefir, but these grains are amazing. I love the fizzy good for you drink that these little fellas make. Lots of flavors to experiment with. These arrived well, were packed with care and with plenty of information. I make milk kefir also, but prefer these. These travel well. When you go on vacation, just pack them in a container with a little of their liquid, take your jar and there's always water. Grow your own probiotics, it's really easy and fun.

True Cinnamon not bark or roots
Ceylon cinnamon is true cinnamon, not something that tastes like it, such as bark or roots of another plant. Best price on the internet.
