Great product
My husband has used one just like this for the last 6 years, the battery had to be replaced once. It was great until I recently dropped it on the hospital floor. It seems to be back to working again but slower, so I don't totally trust it now. Therefore buying a second one, hoping to get another six years of use out of this one. Thank you. Charley

Poor Quality
The phone slides off, wont stay put long enough to charge. charge signal not strong enough, have to remove hard and soft case of 2part case, then have to hold in place while it charges.

Harry Potter House Badges
They are great, except for the fact that the glue goes to far to the edge. Usually these patches can be ironed on, or you can catch some threads to sew it on. I wanted to be able to stitch it in place then press it on. That way, I would be certain it would stay put. The glue goes all the way to the edge. No chance of sewing at all. All other aspects are fine. They look nice.
