right chain for my job
Not for wood sculpture, this chain is for cutting wood. That's what I wanted and it fills the bill. The teeth are long enough to be sharpened many times. All 1/4 inch pitch chain used to be this way but the picco chain isn't really meant for cutting wood; it is for wood sculpturing.

Works as described
It works well but you need some practice to learn how to use it. You have a lot of control over shading and color.
