Dell Optiplex 390 Core i5-2400 3.10GHz 8GB RAM 500GB HDD Desktop PC

Everything worked as expected.

This PC works as described. I installed Windows 7 Pro on it using Dell Recovery Software, and then upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro. The only little concern that I have is that the power button is a little damaged, and it requires me to press it around 3 times to turn the PC on. Other than that, it's working really well. Note: I clicked that it does not have a small form factor, but this is by design. This is a Mini Tower and not one of those Small Form Factor Optiplex models.
