15 of 47 found this helpful This is the worst router I have ever purchased. Nothing has been simple with this router. Ive called tech support twice and on both occasions it was a struggle to understand the the foreigner who was helping me. I have no issue with someone from another country helping me provided they understand what I am saying. To top all the challenges I have had I read a story a few days ago stating that Negear has a huge security issue with their routers. Yesterday I receive an email from them with a patch but to install the patch you have to go to wwwrouterloginnet and every time I try no matter what browser I use I get a page that says: This site can't be reached. Well isn't that peachy! How am I supposed to update my security setting? I am now pursuing a refund!! Installing a router and doing the occasional update shouldn't be this difficult.
