Just What I Wanted
The product is what it says it is. This is a proper exercise dvd for people that are beginning a martial arts exercise regimen. I had this on vhs and wore it out so I had to have one on dvd. Perfect match to the tape I had.

Needs modifying
My husband said as long as you take the outside ring off of it, it is fine.
but, if you take the ring off, it is not the product it was designed to be. The ring is supposed to protect whatever you are cutting around, so, leave it on.
