Quest 2 headset and controllers arrived in original packaging with factory style lens and surface protectors in place. Unit is fully functional and even had a charge on it. The only indication this was a used product was that it had not been factory reset and the mixed brand batteries between the two controllers (that had the pull-to-enable tabs back in place). Factory box was wrapped in bubble wrap, then packaging paper, and finally plastic with generous amounts of tape.
