Stopped working after a week

i am very disappointed. I used it to exercise in the morning for a week and now it inst working. it wont turn on at all. The red light flashes for 30 secs when I try to charge it and then it goes off. But the light doesn't come on at any other time.
The product is refurbished and it came with a Jabra factory refurbished card in the bag but i had expected at least a few months of use before I started getting any challenges. Spending $20 on this is an absolute waste. While it was functioning it had decent sound quality and the ear hooks held it in place during the workout but it starts to get crackly and looses connection after it is about 10ft from the device.
