New dryer lint filter screen for our Samsung gas dryer.
The design of the lint filter is basically thermoplastic frame supporting the fine gauge screen that's shaped like a taco. The lint is trapped on the inside of taco-shaped filter assembly. Once the dryer finishes, the lint filter must be removed and opened to remove the lint. The continual opening and closing introduces stress along the hinge and over time, the thermoplastic fatigues and fails.
The lint filter must be kept free of lint, or a potential build-up could cause failure of the thermal overload. Even worse, a build-up ultimately could cause a fire in the dryers ducting. It's a necessity to replace a failed lint filter and finding an OEM replacement at a good price is awesome!

The Wen 23190 rotary tool comes with enough tooling and settings to solve almost any eventualities. The rotary tooling is already paying for itself with increased efficiency and higher quality of our prototypes. I'm looking to purchase several more in the near future. Fantastic products!
