  The item is 100% according to the description,arrived right on schedule and in safe shockproof packing.However there is an issue,I paid VAT at e-bay at purchase and then I had to pay VAT once again at delivery ,to destination country customs.I don't know who is to blame about this issue but everyone can be sure this is very unpleasant.I still hope e-bay will make money refund but it's not easy .
