The product is a good idea for any sliding door or window

This is a good idea to increase the security of any sliding door or window. Sure there are better but much more expensive. You can always spend more but if you don't have to why do it. You can't beat this for the price

I am really happy with my purchase- strong, easy install. . .

The product came nicely packaged with both screws and 3M adhesive tape. The magnets are substantial to hold my 1911 with a loaded magazine. I may install the second one (I ordered two) to hold a second magazine. On second thought that would be overkill. Sorry for the pun- the magnets are too strong for only a magazine. Maybe a camp knife. The magnets seem to be quite strong and easy to install just about anywhere, closet, side of a cabinet, around the shop. under a desk or work table. - these make location only limited by your imagination. I am happy with my purchase.
