Product was well packaged and according to the lot # it was manufactured about 9 months ago. It was closed and and should not be dry.

I think Lancome has changed the formula. It is dry and does not coat the lashes evenly.

Reasonable price for genuine ink

box was slightly damaged but product seemed in tact. Blue cartridge spurted out a bit when opened, but perhaps it was my error.
