A great DVD!
This is a great DVD because is breaks down the Dance Cardio Workouts one-by-one so you can learn them. I made the mistake of buying Abcentric Program first, having never done any of Tracy Anderson's workouts. It was next to impossible to follow the aerobic dance video. So happy I found this DVD because now, after learning it, I can follow the one that came with Abcentric.

Love this DVD!
1 of 1 found this helpful I started this DVD after doing her beginner DVDs. At first I bought the Abcentric Program, realized it is more advanced, and backed up to the beginner DVDs. This DVD is very good because she shows you how to do each movement. It really works the arms and abs. It is challenging but doable.
