  Fish arrived the next day welled packed in poly box, heat pad and triple bagged in plenty of water. I asked for certain colours and was very happy with sellers selection. Now in my quarantine tank and eating frozen daphnia already. Very lively and well cared for. Communication was short but adequate for this sale. Hope to buy again in near future.

  Both white diamonds turned up with very bad flukes. Refunded for 1 after waiting a full week. I Was sent 2 of the wrong colours (asked for ruby reds received blood pigeons) and was told "i picked the ones I thought would be more red". Had nothing but attitude when mentioned (via whatsapp). Ordered 10, 25th December 2024 Down to 7 19th January 2025. Other than that I was happy with packaging received on time via royal mail.

  i tried my very best to do all i could to help this customer, but they were just rude abusive . i felt it made no differeance to what ever i offered. . i guess you just can not please everyone
