Awesome
Definitely the best phone I have ever owned. It offers everything an elderly or disabled person could want. (Does need a better and easier instruction booklet, though). However you will not be disappointed with this phone. BTW the best way to get help with setup...go to the Safelink or Tracfone website and get to the "live" online help area,

Nice but very fragile. Broke after 1 1/2 weeks of moderate use.
