Very Nice
This is my second Invicta and they’re very good quality and a good price. I have this one to my son for his birthday and he loved it. Invictas are always on sale so they’re a good buy and this one is no different. Being able to see the inside working is pretty cool too.

It works
I don’t expect much out of these old batteries so without a charger in they won’t last long. More of a temporary solution. I wish there was a lithium ion version but there’s not. These batteries are very heavy too. A lot of that is how Lenovo designed these but some of that comes with the territory.

Very good cooler
I seen this on a YouTube review and needed a cooler to throw on a 10th gen i3 and initial testing has me impressed. Before when I would run Cinebench R23 I would see temps at around 70C with the Intel stick cooler, but now after running on a loop I hover around 60C without too aggressive of a fan curve. The install brackets did not have LGA 1200 listed as an option (the settings are stamped on the bracket). Although I did find LGA1151 would fit (not sure if they’re actually supposed to be similar). This does have the option to go to a LGA1700 (12th gen Intel). The system is in a CoolerMaster Q300L case and fits up to a 159 mm/6.2” tower cooler and this fits with roughly a half an inch. My board doesn’t have a RGB header so until I swap boards I can’t say for sure how the RGB looks. Or is controlled. The fan is actually pretty quite at full speed it’s quieter than the twin 140mm NZXT case fans that are installed…when they run at 25%. The fan does move air pretty well and there is extra fan brackets should you decide to add a second fan. This can fit AM4 AMD sockets although I can’t confirm. It does come with thermal paste which is unbranded, but seems to do okay. I’m not sure how well this would handle a hotter “K” variant i5 or i7 but it’s safe to assume an i7 or i9 10th, 11th, or 12th gen needs a water cooled solution anyways and this company builds a few AIOs so it’d be worth checking out. think for the price and performance it’s worth it. Even if the fan turns out to be a dud, it seems I could slap a Noctua on the heat sink and never miss a beat.
