title is okay
good book, nice colored photographs, lots of good ideas.
This book, and others would be GREAT if Ms. Beller included:
Caloric (and maybe nutritional) values of recipes
Caloric and nutritional values of ALL foods as reference at back of book
Add a chapter on SPICES, what spice(s) go with what food, and when.
Tone down on the hip, cool, teenage vocabulary. This book is marketed towards ad
adults, not teenagers.

so far, its good
1. I like spice rack because it is metal 2. It fits into small space SUGGESTIONS 1. Since real cooks use many spices, it could be 3 inches wider 2. The horizontal bars should be maybe 2 inches higher to prevent bottles from
falling over.
