Quality rubber replacement.
I purchased two of these to have one as a replacement and one as a backup for my Tracker Bass boat. Normal wear and tear on the original. These were slightly thicker than the original, but actually a better quality. A little tough sliding them into the original spacing, but worked out just fine.

Fits perfectly
Saw some other postings on the fit of these replacements but they arrived sooner than expected and were an easy and exact fit to the original.
