Nutritious and very tasty dishes.
This is an amazing cookbook. You can use it for everyday meals and for backpacking meals. The recipes are nutritious, including protein, but mostly vegetarian which was perfect for me. The meals are also very flavorful which is a treat on the trail. I was doing a solo through hike on the John Muir Trail, so making these meals, dehydrating them, and then packaging for one-person meals worked out to be ideal.
