Good product

Flaxseed Oil
A friend of mine suggested Flaxseed to me. I have lupus and degenerative arthritis in my knees, neck, elbows, ankles and hands. I also have had bouts of sinus difficulties. I decided to try it as I'm sensitive to a lot of supplements. I am pleased to say that the joint pain has diminished quite a bit. I can walk eadier, the pain in my neck, arms, elbows and hands are now pain free. My sinuses have drained and are clearing. I am very pleased with the results.

Woman Walking Behind
I have wanted to read the actual story of Woman Walking Behind after seeing the movie version. I haven't read it through yet but what I have read is very well done. History is fascinating. I am grateful to have even found a copy much less have it in my hands. It seems this book is scarce. Not to mention I got a good price as this book is not inexpensive. I recommend reading the book.
