Not ideal for indoor ranges.

It's a no for these,leaves ringing in the ears like a rock concert.
I luckily still have cheaper,better electronic defenders.
These look good though if that's what matters,maybe should not be used for shooting at all,but that's what the picture suggests as end use.
Even fitted correctly which also takes a little practice.

Maybe I was unlucky with my set,not what I was hoping from Sealey.
Disappointing.
