    Advertised as genuine HP cartridges and were not, I received cheap after market cartridges that were filled by somebody that I can not use in my office to print documents. I did not see he does not accept returns till now. He misrepresented what I was buying. I have filed a dispute with the EBAY and credit card company. Explains his no return policy though!

    There was no claim to these being Genuine HP Brand. The picture and description show these fit a hp brand printer and are part of a multi pack deal. Sorry for your lack to look at the photos and read the description.
