Stoppin on a Dime
So far these things have me stopping on a dime and sound quiet. If you want to feel like a mechanic, learn how to do brakes. It's like 15 mins a wheel and the average person thinks your some type of wizard when you're done. These seem to be good quality so far, and for the price it is for ceramics, you can't beat it.

For the price you really can't complain. If you really beat up your ipad i'd go with an Otterbox or something similar to that. This is a decent cheap solution for someone just wanting a case for light use. I really like to use mine more to protect from scratches, since I don't have butter fingers. Lol. So, if that's the same scenario you're in this will work fine. If you're a savage then go with something more heavy duty.
