Migraines decreased.
I’m following the directions in this book to improve my severe migraines. It’s working very well. If you can’t give up caffeine and chocolate this book isn’t for you.

Smaller than I expected
There were no dimensions that I could find on the listing so it was smaller than expected when it arrived. It’s still a great quality brush though. I might purchase a larger one later on.
