  I purchased an item from the seller on July 9. Tracking indicated the item had been shipped on July 13. On July 17, seller advised they had accidentally sent my item to someone else and would send the item in a few days when they received more product. I sent follow up messages to the seller on August 5 and August 14 asking when I would be receiving the item and did not receive responses. I asked Ebay to get involved and my funds were refunded the same day.
