Sous Vide rocks
I was a little nervous about trying this out but once you understand how it works, it’s really pretty foolproof. You can’t overlook anything! I’ve only used it twice but both times the results were terrific. Meats are tender and perfectly cooked. Looking forward to more adventures with it.

It leaks!
The o-ring on the filter cap does not consistently hold. The first time I used it, there were a few little drips of coffee. The second time, I put a saucer under it and woke up to find coffee all over my refrigerator! I started doing some reading and discovered I wasn’t the only one with this problem. One engineering type specified exactly the type of o-ring to get to replace the one on the cap. I’ve ordered some of these and am hoping it will fix the problem. Otherwise, it’s an easy-to-use method of making cold brew.
