Duane and Denise Judson are the owners of Chocolates By Design. Duane, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, took his first candy making classes as a young teenager. Duane combines his talents as an executive chef with his ingenuity to create some of the most original party favors, chocolate centerpieces imaginable as well as his boutique truffles, caramels and cream. To tempt your taste buds, he has selected the finest Belgian chocolate for all of his handmade specialties. Whatever your pleasure, Chocolates By Design carries a full line of whimsical treats for the chocolate lover in all!
Denise, on the other hand is a homemaker and ready for any DIY project. If you are so inclined, Chocolates By Design stocks molds, Mercken's confectionary coating, and many other items you might need to complete the project yourself!

    This book is in good shape, and I’m glad to have found this copy as it’s out of print. However, I wouldn’t describe the condition as “like new” as it has some small tears and spots of water damage. Still, it’s in nice shape, has lovely illustrations, and shipped promptly.
