A complete but very compressed collection
3 of 3 found this helpful This review is not about Sailor Moon but rather this specific edition of the collection. The collection is complete, as good as any out there. But they crammed it all on 6 discs, which is insufficient to retain a quality image. There is a lot of very annoying choppy pixel stuff happening, especially during the opening theme songs. However, this tends to be tamed down somewhat during actual episodes. Sometimes the picture quality is surprisingly good. Other times, pixel popping madness. This is all a result of using only 6 discs instead of 8-12. The episodes are so compressed, I wouldn't be surprised if this caused serious playback problems. I have not viewed all of the discs in their entirety so I remain skeptical about that. The product was much more affordable than the other complete versions I found so some difference in quality is to be expected. Still, for the price, some may be willing to trade quality. Personally, I am disappointed with this particular product but not sure if I'd be willing to pay the huge price difference for another less-compressed version. "You get what you pay for" applies here but somehow I still feel ripped off. Sellers should not be allowed to sell substandard merchandise. They could have done so much better if they had not been so stingy with the DVD's.

Not so great
1 of 4 found this helpful Very boring movie. I was expecting some scary moments but there were none. Just a long, boring story that didn't make much sense. Fortunately, I didn't pay much for it. I was wishing it was much shorter. It was hard to get into as well.
