  Not as described. Seller substituted pictured $40 product with $3 item safety shroud cut away. Admitted fault and offered to send purchased item but unfortunately others have experienced this switcheroo. Expedited shipping paid for is actually shipped low priority media mail. Several weeks wasted to receive fake product. Processed refund quickly after fake product was returned. Good communication but bad experience. Proceed with caution.
