Very Useful
This pan is perfect for cooking bacon in the oven. In fact, since buying one--this one is my second--cooking bacon that way is my preferred method. I use both of these pans on a daily basis, usually to roast vegetables, often to roast meat. They also work well as griddles. I recommend!
