1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to slice smoked meat like bacon. It does work and appears to be well built. There is not a lot of detail in the instruction book and you can tell it is made in China. The instructions are not in good English. My two dislikes are 1) the deck that holds you product to cut is small. I can only hold a product about 4.5 inches wide. That makes it hard when slicing bacon. 2) It is a little difficult to take apart and clean. The instructions just say to clean with warm soap and water but not how to take it apart so you can clean everywhere. I am very curious about getting everything clean to prevent food contamination.
