Not a $200 rail

The rail has some imperfections in the coating. You can see tool marks in the machines surfaces. This is not the most high quality rail you can buy. With that being said I do not plan on being gentle with this build, and wanted a budget rail to beat and bang on. I feel like this will do fine for what I need. The three star rating is because of the paint issue and the dent on the picatinny rail. All things considered it would get someone through in a budget build. Definitely recommend to anyone on a budget.

Good alternative

Let's start by saying, if your just wanting a light for looks you can't beat a $23 job. It's not a rugged industries light but for function at this cost you can't beat it. Installation took a few hours and the light works good. I put it on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma trd prerunner, mounted to the crash bar.
