Why I bought this type of Spade bit
I bought these because they work well. Apparently most new spade bits use a cork screw design, which is fine, but it forces the bit to be drawn into the work by the screw threads and does not give you any control over feed. These Irwin bits which do not have a screw thread allow you to control the feed rate into the material, which I find is much better.

Good product, but key arrangement too hard to get used too.
The product is well built, executed and easy to setup. However the arrangement of the keys is so different from a regular keyboard, it is hard to get used to. Of course this is meant to be a compact keyboard and I acknowledge that, but if it is too hard to use, then it looses its purpose.
