Like my actuator, love the business model!
Love everything about this company... they send you a refurbished product (actuator for my 2012 Prius driver door actuator works great) for less than half the price of a new product, with a 30-day warranty. BUT if you send back your non-functioning product (in a postage pre-paid envelope), they increase it to a lifetime warranty.
It’s a total win-win-win:
- Company literally has no overhead
- Customers get great products
- Products get re-used, so little to no waste for the environment
Kudos to Actuators Plus for creating a business model powered 100% on hard work, and environmentally sound thinking.
