grate cd
I got this CD to help me fall a sleep at night as it is low key music I love Jim and his music this was a grate CD

Better then walmarts
6 of 6 found this helpful I must admit since I suffer a lot with sleeping issues and I tried the melatonin from Walmart it never worked a lot for me How ever I took a chance and ordered this It works ok for me a lot better then the one I get at Walmart the one from Walmart I wake up with a bad migraine like a hang over. But this one I do not I wake up just fine so I would highly recommend this one :)

It is ok
2 of 2 found this helpful I suffer with sleep issues a lot my doctor cut me off my sleeping meds so I gave this a try it worked the 1st 3 nights I took it but stopped working for me but then most over the Counter stuff don't work for me how ever if you do not have a big sleeping issue like I do and just need a little help I would highly recommend it to you. if your like me and suffer I would not recommend it for long term use I would seek a doctor out for help.
