Gilad-Step Aerobics
5 of 6 found this helpful I decided to purchase this product because I had been using a Video on my VCR for step aerobics, and wanted to have a DVD for step aerobics.
The product was new and still in the packaging.
I believe the program is excellent, however, it moves very fast and takes no breaks. My other video had breaks between the stepping for weight lifting that allowed for rest periods. It is very easy to tire quickly. So, out of the 4 sections to the workout, I can only get through 2 for now.
