The pictures are not what's in the box
The follow focus works great but the pictures make it look like an adjustable ring is included with the follow focus. It's just a ring that I can't even fit on some of my lenses.

Works Great
This fits perfectly with my existing shoulder rig and the screws are easily interchangable and easy to assemble. The mount itself is sturdy which is enough to support my camera which is heavy in itself. This will definitely serve me well during video shoots.
