Large, dual paddle bread machine, with more features than most
Very hard to find this product right now, but MAN does it work great. By far the best bread machine I've ever had. It can make a large 2.5 pound loaf, and the paddles collapse when the baking starts, so you don't have to dig them out of the bread. You can also switch out the main pan for the 2 included smaller pans, that make a one pound loaf each. There is also an automatic fruit and nut dispenser, which I haven't used yet, but it is supposed to drop the items into the dough at the proper time, so you don't need to be there. Great stuff.
