Best there is and I have tried nearly all of them
1 of 1 found this helpful I’m always on the hunt for a good eyeliner that goes on very softly and easily without having to reapply until you get the line right without having to tug at that delicate area. BUT ALSO one that’s got long staying power and isn’t a liquid and doesn’t transfer to my under eye ( that last one is a big problem for 99 percent of them ) and this one fits the bill. Love it. Only con is its hard to sharpen without some quality eye sharpener which is prob a user error on my part but I will say this... it has lasted a loong time before ever needing sharpened
Fishnet is a great dark solid black. It stays all day and also removes as easy as any of them with the correct makeup remover for eyes or baby oil if you’re out of remover.

The best value
These are the best I’ve used I have been quit smoking for a month. My son ask for his bday for me to quit smoking... i ordered The rugby brand too but that one was nowhere near as good as this one. This one sticks just fine just don’t use any lotion that day wherever you’re applying it
