2 of 2 found this helpful I have very bad oily skin at age 43. 2nd day of taking these, ive noticed a HUGE difference in how oily my skin has not been! I excercise daily and have noticed the cellulite disappearing too! My nails are much stronger, but im not sure about how healthy it makes your hair as i am extremely rough with my long hair. Its too hot here so im constantly putting it up in a ponytail or a bun, but i will say im not losing as much hair after showering as i used to before taking it. Ive also noticed a huge decrease in my knee pain and arthritis!
